It all depends on the issues that were in the first place. A 3/10 can get better results than a 5/10.
Most drastic changes are related to improvments in the lower third, nose. And eye area (although that is a bit hard to change)

Depends on what's holding you back. If you have shit eye area you're gonna have that for pretty much your entire life. Other things can be fixed easier.

Maxilla
IPD

Lacking unfixable or hard to fix flaws.

E.g if your issue is acne and a rcessed chin you can easily ascend

If your issue is manletism, long midface, or lack of harmony you're fucked.
