Hmm,the bone wont change its width size even when lean though? so even if i get 1 or 1.5cm less wider face when lean it wont change much in the ratio i would still be in ideal ratio that you said. Also the bodyfat on the face doesnt sit on upper cheekbones and doesnt impact widthness much but rather the fullness,correct me if im wrong.
