Squats and deadlifts (assuming aesethetic purpose’s only)
Legs are important but i dont think it matters much when you can just wear sweat pant’s theoryWhat do you think about leg training for aesthetics?
Ab work completely changed my abs, like insanely. It's only cope if you're not lean enough to even see your absAb work
were u doing compounds like squats and deads regular before? ngl i just hate training abs always coped thinking compounds would take care of them.Ab work completely changed my abs, like insanely. It's only cope if you're not lean enough to even see your abs
Squats and deadlifts
I was the exact same thinking compounds were enough but when I started directly training abs just doing hanging leg raises my serratus, obliques, and abs are so much more defined and tight now.were u doing compounds like squats and deads regular before? ngl i just hate training abs always coped thinking compounds would take care of them.
terrible take btw. i agree sumo is for faggots but conventional deadlift is the greatest exercise ever invented.deadlift, its almost useless for muscle building. only reason people deadlift is so they can sumo with 1 inch ROM and call it a PR and feel good about themselves.
Deadlift.
Of course, you have to know how to do it, to lift weights, however a lot of people trying to lift as max as possible, and this ends badly like for David Laid
Dude was trying to deadlift with this techniqueWhat happened to David? Did he stop getting Laid?
yeah, ive commented about his horrible form back then but normies attacked me and called me retarted.Deadlift.

They do. Especially if u do pull/chin ups. If u have happy with ur mid section u dont need that.were u doing compounds like squats and deads regular before? ngl i just hate training abs always coped thinking compounds would take care of them.
bodyweight push ups only for beginners but people still root for them. They usually look like this after 3 years training:What exercise is the biggest gymcel cope?
if done correctly it can be beneficial but everyone does it only for an ego boost. moreover, compound movements are less effective for hypertrophy (except for squat) because of exhaustion and/or one muscle may be fatigued while others may not be at failure yet.terrible take btw. i agree sumo is for faggots but conventional deadlift is the greatest exercise ever invented.

it's kinda hard to find alternatives to deadlifts and squats specially if your gym isn't well-equipped thoughdeadlift, squats, bench press, overhead press. it will all compress ur spine and make u significantly shorter both temporary and permanently over time.
True when it comes to natural bodybuilding, but as soon as I hopped on test and did half assed clad work, they grew like 3 inches.calf raises. u either have them or u dont

Squats and deadlifts. You can do them, but don't try to get ultra strong at them and just focus on that. All those deadlift and squat only guys in my gym are all incels. They don't look like sports, pear shaped, duck ass, stocky and skinny arms. What exercise is the biggest gymcel cope?
Squats is good, ltr told me that ass are attractive on a man(the toned muscular type). Dead lift is complete cope thoSquats and deadlifts (assuming aesethetic purpose’s only)
Ok but women lie and are biggest virute signallers. They will say they like this and end up not liking it due to not making logical decisionsSquats is good, ltr told me that ass are attractive on a man(the toned muscular type). Dead lift is complete cope tho
True, they say they like dad bod and end up fucking a roided cunt.Ok but women lie and are biggest virute signallers. They will say they like this and end up not liking it due to not making logical decisions
all of them
Leg presses are a better substitute
What about lower back? Squat works on that alotConventional deadlifts (stiff legged is good though for hamstrings)
Squats. Leg presses are a better substitute
Overhead press is overrated, most people already have decent anterior deltoid heads and should instead focus on medials and posteriors
Cope, they are betterShitpinion.
Cope, they are better
Just do more reps or sets, leg presses just feel way better on the bodyLeg press move the hips through a way smaller ROM and the knees through a slightly smaller ROM.
Why do leg press if you can just do squats with bigger ROM?

Hyperextensions tbhWhat about lower back? Squat works on that alot
Squats are too taxing on the body. They compress the spine + fatigue the central nervous system way too much compared to their benefitsLeg press move the hips through a way smaller ROM and the knees through a slightly smaller ROM.

Wait squats hypertrophy the torso? I have a narrow ribcage so this would be a plusHyperextensions tbh

Leg presses can hypertrophy the quads just as much as squats without unaesthetically thickening the torso muscles
Hyperextensions tbh

Yes but only if you go heavy enough. I used to have a thicker torso when I squated. No I only do leg presses and other isolation movements for legsWait squats hypertrophy the torso? I have a narrow ribcage so this would be a plus
Training abs should be trivial tbh, hyperextensions and sit ups are antagonistic movements, they are both needed for a balanced torsoToo strong lower back (in comparison to abs) can give you anterior pelvic tilt. If you train lower back you gotta counterbalance by training abs.
