What’s the Copest Exercise in the Gym?

Bench press.

Poor mind muscle connection, you can't go to failure because of great risk of injury, at certain point it becomes very difficult to progress...

When I switched to machines, my chest exploded and I have never felt better pump in the chest, and I am progressively overloading almost every workout.

Also squats are not cope, tf are niggas are talking, it's great exercise and you should be building legs. You don't have to go giga heavy on squats, do it weight which allows you around 8 reps, and then jerk off with some machine work and you are good to go.

deadlifts are most bang for your buck general strength exercise. one set of five per week and you can get up to repping 405+. a set of curls to failure feels worse than a heavy set of deadlifts. so little time and effort. not doing deadlifts is cope. i would do them even if there were no aesthetic benefit.
just do deadlifts bro
