Midface can only be changed through surgeries, I'm sorry. Maxillary rotation and forward growth could help eye area in theory. Philtrum can be fixed through lefort I.... not worth it imo. Nose can be fixed through rhinoplasty which could be worth (most people who want nose jobs just have recessed maxilla/chin)

you may not have a long midface, it may just look long when compared to the other parts of your face. Lower third is the most important by far.
