Le Fort 1 = cutting and repositioning the upper jaw
Bimax = BSSO + Le Fort 1
Genioplasty = cutting and repositioning the chin
Trimax = bimax + genio

Which one you need depends on if your issue is jaw recession, chin recession, both, or something else.
