whats the difference between a lmtn and a lhtn

i mean going thru the rating section lmtn look good they dont have any flaws just a little low dimo their face looks good they just have 1 ot 2 flaws max but they are still rated lmtn.idk why if its thier dimo or their colouring that makes them lmtn.their difference with lhtn is only colouring/misc/more bonemass and dimo and 1 or 2 flaws max.
