chin just lacks projection / no bone , manidular recession is the mandibule is set back by varying degrees.

and the other is ur jaw digging into your neck
with almost no space to breathe

Not for the chin. Chin is just dimorphism.

idk , but imo no. Only the jaw , sometimes its also not malocullison
