What's the difference between lower eyelid retraction, canthoplasty, and canthopexy?

canthoplasty = fix you canthal tilt

canthopexy = same but less risky/not permanent/different techniques/sometimes looks more natural (not sure abt the last one)

lower eyelid retraction = fix droopy lower eyelid (think abt scleral schow)
