Oral hits systemically, giving stronger regrowth but also some more side effects (water retention, bloating, shedding, tachycardia) Foam is localized & weaker but safer and less hassle long term. Oral can thicken miniaturized hairs better, while foam mostly maintains. Most ppl stack them if they can tolerate sides.
