Whats the difference between Proscar and Propecia?

Proscar is 5mg finasteride and Propecia is 1mg Finsteride. Proscar is used for people with enlarged prostates while Propecia for hair loss. Proscar is less expensive, $10 per 30 tablets, but harder to get your hands on. While Propecia is more expensive at $30 per 30 tablets.

I recommend getting Proscar and cutting them into fourths using a pill cutter. It is harder to get your hands on Proscar if you dont have an enlarged prostate, but certainly possible.
