Softmaxxing are things that are relatively easy to change about your appearance like hair, skincare, fashion, etc
Hardmaxxing is like facial surgeries to change hard features you were born with like rhinoplasty (nose job) or bimax (jaw surgery)
Ive heard steroids get put in soft and hard categories it kinda depends on your risk tolerance i think
