WHAT IS DIFFERENCE, I CHANGES NOTHING BUT SKIN AND EYES (SKIN can be solved with debloat + tret + collagen + whatever)

FOR THE EYES IT LIGHTENED THEM, BUT WHAT ELSE, IT TAKES ME FROM High LTN to Low HTN like thats the differences and are they achievable. forum chads pls help. (also im getting a rhino and lip tie release so ignore those massive failos for now please and thank you im mainly focusing on the eye area rn)
