How long have you been taking it? You usually need more than 6 months to have good regrowth you can notice. If you arent experiencing any regrowth, but you arent losing any hair either, you could try minoxidil to increase the density of hair. But if you want to get your hairline back, after 6 months to a year of no regrowth, then you just need more dutasteride

at the start i used fin for about a year, then switched to dutasteride. fin didn't do jack shit, i still kept losing hair
