in public healthcare countries they make money by seeing as many patients as possible. specialists have time to sit down and talk with their patients and a lot more relaxing.

yeah more relaxing but a lot more challenging and risky given that you can fuck someone up and even kill them. The only problem with being a G.P is the long hours, and if you're an introvert then talking to many different people. The work is pretty easier, you only deal with minor cases with low consequences, when anything gets complicated just refer them to a specialist. They are also some of the highest paid people in every country..

Journalism is a meme degree, why do pharmacy when you can do medicine and become a doctor and earn more as a G.P while putting in less effort, law is good but only if you have connections, it's a pretty cut throat industry. Medical jobs generally just mog especially in terms of wages, physician assistans, G.P, radiation therapy/technologists all earn six figures and aren't extremely challenging to do.
