They try to select the profiles that match the closest to their clients needs. Meh if your demographics are not the most sought after it just means you will spend more time on the waitlist but that’s about it, it took damn near 1 year for me to get accepted but now I get a fair amount of studies, especially after I got invited to a specialized participant group for AI studies.
