Skip the med talk. You have to act like you’ve never heard of Adderall and just complain about how your life is a mess.
The I’ve always been like this" bit. ADHD is neurodevelopmental. If you don't have stories about failing to turn in homework in 4th grade or being the "gifted but lazy" kid, they won’t buy it. You have to sell the childhood trauma of being disorganized.
Play it cool on the forms. If you check "Always" for every symptom on the diagnostic test, the doctor knows you're capping. You have to mix in some Sometmes so it looks like a real struggle, not a script.
Micro-fidget. Don’t tweak out, just don't sit perfectly still for an hour. Bounce a leg, mess with a pen, or "forget" the question halfway through answering. It’s about looking like your brain has 30 tabs open and half of them are frozen.
Most doctors will try to put you on mid stuff like Strattera first. A larper has to "try" it for a month, come back, and say it did nothing or made them feel like a zombie. You usually have to fail the weak meds to get the stimulants
