yeah , not effective when an adult , sarpe or ideally mse is the way to go. On the other hand my sister got the expander as a child and it did widen her palate , I was left with a crossbite. Problem is we went to the same orthodontist and how idiotic of him to not see that my maxilla is not developing good enough. ...
