I have full beard am 18.5 is it possible to gain just an inch. I have a bit of chest hair too. My legs are shorter than my dads but we are same height cause of my torso. Any way like sprinting or jumping can help ??? The research i did shows that growth plates closes like 93 percent by 19 so is one inch possible??
