Thanks for the advice appreciate it alotI have trouble gaining weight due to genetics. What I do is just start prioritising meal prep and make sure you eat something you love. That way you're more likely to eat 1.5X or even 2X what you would normally eat. You can also start drinking protein/collorie dense shakes. There are many great recipes online. Also make sure to have a workout at least 3x a week. Make your workouts enjoyable. If you don't like weight training try calisthenics etc. Also it's important to note that cardio can make gaining weight slower but it's worth it in the long run. Good luck brother! Always remember that to gain weight is always better than having to starve to lose it.
