ive been looking into this aswell, ive seen several bimax before and after pictures where the person gets wider lips but nothing crazy maybe 3-4 mm but bimax isn't really a choice for most people unless there propley recessed. @Baldingman1998 got a palate expander of some sort when he was younger and it widened his lips a couple mms but it caused slight asymmetry so mse or a palate expander could probably widen the lips somewhat if your palate is narrow enough to get a palate expander, i think the lip widening thing might cause nasolabial folds if its done over and over again for a few years but it think doing it a few times won't really do anything


thats what i think, palate expansion or bimax can result in permenant results but of course you can't get either unless your a canadite and lip widening with hands or a device will probably cause nasolabial folds if it is done everyday for years but im not 100% sure



narrow lips aren't always a terrible feature depending on how wide your nose is and if there somewhat wide, nessman, wentworth miller, di caprio, depp, barret and lucky blue smith all have narrow or narrowish lips and are all 6psl or above

Stretching with finger might be effective but the problem is it stretches the skin all around the mouth and could make you develop premature wrinkles and nasolabial folds if you dont have them
