Generally, humans tend to analyzes the face as a whole in just about a second.

But when I get up close, I tend to be gravitated to their zygos and/or hollow cheeks.

Also teeth too

True I guess. Maybe just health indicators too like skin and look for any sort of discolouration

skull and maxillary development is a better health indicator than coloring tho

but yeah first thing one notices is height and race/skin color

Height, I don't like when they are taller than me,since all i have is height and frame

without taking into account race then its dimorphic traits thats why we differentiate genders insta when looking at a face

The eye area (mostly eye color and eye aspect ratio), it is what draws immediate attention and plays the largest role in how we are perceived

skin colour, and hair,

if specifically face however, then it’s the eyes, skin health, and jaw, if any are noticeably bad ie a buggish t50 dark eye subhuman eye area or a brutally downgrown/recessed jaw then those would grab the attention first

mostly, unless the other features are noticeably better than the average, ie a chiseled and lean jaw, or a brutally reccessed jaw,

flaws and halos grab our attention more so than just a feature (especially if average/mtn) as is,

I agree. Any type of extreme failo can make people ignore the eyes even if it has ideal features but i would say good proportions on other areas can hardly make up for a bad eye area
