What's the 'fix' for people who have no obvious flaws but are still ugly?

Some people you look at have no obvious flaws and all of their features are OK, but somehow they still look ugly.
I think it comes down to facial harmony, but I'd be interested to hear what others think.
What is even the 'fix' for those types?
