Idk. But something has to be done about the African Americans. They are extremely degenerate. 50% of kids raised to single mothers. 33% have criminal records. 50% live in public housing. However, it's important to realize it's not all black people. The Nigerian immigrants in America are high earners. They are Doctors, Engineers, Scientists, etc. Think I read some statistics a while back that said the average Nigerian immigrant earns $110k

The future for black Africans in particular (who are the majority of blacks in the world) looks bleak, the population of Subsaharan Africa is gonna double and they already don't have the infrastructure to maintain themselves now + climate change, droughts + the rise of AI + political instability is going to destroy Sub-Saharan Africa in the next decades

And yes, this does mean that millions more Africans will migrate to Europe, Asia, Middle East or wherever they are able to go
