So what's the correlation between palate width and FWHR?

Some exceptions like O'Pry have narrow palate but does wide (10+) palate usually mean broad face?

- Does palate width increase your bizygomatic and mandible width?
- Any downsides of wide palate?
- Most unattractive people with narrow skulls have narrow palates?
- Palate width and forward growth of maxilla? Any correlation?

more like its too expensive and you probably dont live in the area where doctors practice it,

very easy and suprisingly cheap option is just to go down the SARPE (surgerically assisted palatal expansion) to widen the palate and then jaw surgery for forward growth

modified lefort 3 can move your orbital and zygo area, I think this is the only surgery that can do this, also mse could do it in theory but the change would be insignificant and a waste of money and time (you could still do it if you are rich and dont care about money though), if you have like 15k to spend you could look for the doctors that do modified lefort 3

normal lefort 3 moves your entire midface, modified (the safer one that you could find a doctor for) will not touch the upper jaw area, you could fix your upper midface deficiencies easily

Generally better side profile.

Less likely to be ugly from the front.

However it doesn’t always account for shit tier jaw or zygo width.

You could have horrible cuck eyes still.

So forward growth isn’t the be all and end all.

- Well maybe the fact that your cheeks might not seem as hollow as narrower palated people's. But that's kind of a trade off, since the other bones in your face reshape in such a way that your cheeks' "hollowness potential" increases again (Wider cheekbones, wider jaw)

- Well mewing improves both, but I have seen people with wide palates but rather bad forward growth (likely caused by braces or similar I suppose). But to answer your question, the correlation seems to be there.
