This is assuming a controlled diet as well as 10k steps a day. Maybe more cardio since I play sports.

Including external things one may take.

And maybe a timeframe for how much weight could be lost ina specific time frame.

Larger your calorie restriction faster you will lose weight, whether you do this with a diet, starvemaxxing or using pharmas

this is a retarded statement

starvemaxing comes under the genre of diet, it is just not an optimal one

and using pharmas (assuming you mean GLP-1s) don't inherently make you lose weight, they just help control the diet

DNP is different of course

Chopping off your legs. Easy 25kg down.

Follow the words of Meeks and never get up.

My initial question is retarded now that im thinking about it.

I mostly meant, what are the best pharmas, I was hoping there was something I didnt know about losing weight that people could possibly tell me.

a diet is restricting your self to a certain variety of foods eg no carb, no meat etc. starvemaxxing is literally not eating so I fail to see how thats a diet. I said you lose weight quickly depending on your caloric intake, which can be controlled by a diet, starving your self or taking a pharma so not sure what you're getting at and DNP is retarded

retatrutide is always going to be the best option

again though, it does not inherently make you lose weight - just helps with the appetite

the appetite normalisation (reward driven eating) alongside the appetite suppression is very nice

eating in a moderate caloric deficit with reta is beyond easy for most people

I thought the glucagon activation increases metabolic rate, essentially making you lose weight faster when doing nothing.

I could be wrong?

yes somewhat, but its not that significant

the metabolic rate and thermogenesis makes your required calories go up

but that is just creating a deficit

its not inherent weight loss, it is still a deficit - but I get what you mean

either way there is no reason to not just eat in a deficit regardless, the glucagon activation is not very significant

I see. Makes sense

Thanks
