Elab tbh, everything I skimmed on fructose told me to avoid it
it gets into cells without the need for insulin, potassium from fruits lso limites the need for insulin, so ull never see n insuline spike fro eating whole fruits as u will from rice

Yeah the fiber slows the absorption of sugars so it'll lead to a more gradual rise in blood glucose rather than a sharp spike but whole grains still better
