Probably 71kg, I'm 5'7.
The wierd thing is I'm a mesomorph and don't gain weight that easily, but my weight was always pretty big for someone my height due to muscle mass.

Now 78 kg leanbulk @ 6ft0. Though relative to height was probably when I was 15 and 74 kg fat @ 5ft9. Before depression and fat gain when I was 15 I was a stick with visible ribs

I was skinny as a teen but force fed myself for years and lifted heavy. Eventually gained the weight

I went cold turkey on SSRI they are terrible for you dude unless you are a bpd dude who attacks random people or actually scizo i am against ssri.

why do u think SSRI arw so bad? are you saying that because they dull ur emotions ?

I know I cant stay on them forever, but they do help me a lot

Being a sperg is a bigger hurdle than below average height i would trade 4 inches to not be a sperg
 
77kg 3-4 years ago when I wasn't working out though I've never been fat in my life.

Now I'm like 74kg but gymcelled so with a low BF%

am also a sperg bhai, but I guess if u have always been a sperg it's very different, I became one 3-4 years ago.

now people think I'm a.giga introvert cos I just never talk anymore, but in my head I have all these amazing ideas and extroverted theories and shit

practically they numb you they don't solve anything it's a cheaper more cost effective way to deal with the masses of unhappy/unfulfilled people in society. I will post 2 documentaries you should watch and a channel regarding the psycho babble bullshit of the psychiatric industry

thats what i do but still hard. forcefeeding is painful and cant bring myself to do it most times

I looked like a swollen balloon at that weight

right now I'm 60-61 and maintains this with some regular exercice and OMAD the weekends
