whats bmi?

proportions?
no it's called body mass index, it's like your body density meaning how big you are relative to your height . generally a healthy bmi should sit between 18-24

BMI is useless for gymmaxing. It doesn’t count muscle so you can be overweight on BMI but still ripped. A 90 kg guy at 10% body fat (BMI 28) is way leaner than an 80 kg guy at 20% (BMI 25). Focus on body fat %, FFMI, and aesthetics not some outdated doctor chart for average people.

well yeah , let's suppose that body fat is around 10-14% , my question is how much weight is too much ? u obviously don't wanna be as big as ronnie coleman , and also not as little as jacksfitness

a bmi of 26-29 is ideal. Below 25 looks small, above 30 starts looking bulky unless you're shredded. Just keep muscle high, fat low, and proportions right.

78/(1.89)^2 = 21.8 which is good if you’re bodyfat is less than 15

The way BMI is calculated is weird, we are not squares. A taller person is larger in all three dimensions.

BMI is cope anyway
