If you can fit four fingers, than it's an average forehead, which is ideal.

Colin farrell and gerard butler have the ideal forehead size imo. I have a low norwood 0 (3 and 1/4 fingers) and i am so envious of people with broad foreheads. But of course people with wider faces (not me) suit low hairlines.
