its better to inject 2,5-3mg twice a day
also since it is a signaling peptide, the dose response isn't linear. Once the relevant receptors and signaling pathways are saturated, higher doses do not produce proportionally greater results, you're just wasting money atp

I take 2.5mg a day as of now. 2mg a day should be sufficient enough, paired with accutane that's pretty good, but dont expect any superhero-esque scar healing no matter what your dose is. Its gonna take a lot of time to heal it, you need to be in it for the long run.
