For a starter looking to increase lean muscle should i focus on going 3x and doing compound training?
 
use roids, can't believe I wasted time being natty

you could do something like ppl arms. I recommend trying to do an arm day and not hitting legs too much. but results will vary, my legs get too big and actually look bad if I hit them too much, esp anything that trains adductors

also i recommend arm days cause I find u get ur most gains from ur first exercises when ur fresh in the gym, so if u biceps after rowing results will be suboptimal
 
roiding at 5'6, never began
actually true, probs don't roid if below 5' 10. Is doable if ur got really good frame/ structure. Look at lee priest (even though disgusting mass monster), roiding didn't make him look like a coping midget
 
try arnold split, it works quite well for me.

Why have you written 2028 ?

wasting 8 years of prime going to the gym daily just to look barely above avergae should be a crime
yeah and OP has the nerve to tell me fuck off after I try to impart my wisdom. 12 weeks into first low dose cycle and have blown up like crazy
