Firstly it Depends on your looks lvl, and your goals in life which will vary depending on your IQ so there is no "ideal IQ". If you're trying to create something revolutionary then a very high one above 150. If you mean for a happy life I believe somewhere between 80-100 with the right programming and media exposure (avoiding the blackpill or any deterministic rabbit holes)

For gf I would always recommend a fun test like the JCTI (Tri-52), JCFS, or C-09 (numerical) - less prone to practice effect (all of the Mensa ones have very similar patterns) with unlimited time- so anxiety or nervousness aren’t a great factor.
