My surgeon wants to deproject my nose, build up the radix, make it not so upturned, remove the hump a little bit he made it clear that he will still keep the nose high and not do a ski slope type and that I mainly need radix support and deprojection rather than just shaving the hump would make it worse which is obvious but ig some surgeons do that , add cartilage to my nostrils and mid vault area for support. That all sounds good but my question is should I leave it a little upturned and not a fully straight type nose? Also he mentions when u deproject the nose the nostrils get a little wider which is what I need but how much of that is true will it actually make a big difference? Does making it less upturned make ur midface look even longer ?
