Right now I’m 74kg but I feel like I still have a few more kg to lose for giga leanness

Tho I’m scared I’m gonna look skinny asf

depends on your insertions ig,
tbh just cut for summer anyway if you look kinda skinny this year and build up mass during fall and winter to look bigger next summer, that's how I see things

In this pic below I am 185 pounds (84 kg) I have only very slightly defined abs, definitely bear mode

Both weights are taken right at wake up before eating or drinking.

TBH I think I need to get to 160 pounds flat to be my ideal because even though I look shredded after the day goes on and I eat and drink I don't look as good. I wanna be able to look that lean through a normal day of eating

Mirin tbh I don’t think I could ever get to 185 and be as lean as you are there

My wrist and knee joints are small which fuck me in terms of how much mass I can put on my arms and legs. My frame, chest, back and traps save me

155-160 (70.3-72.6kg) for natural physique competitors but 150 (68kg) is fine too if face keeps looking better

Same height as you. Low 150s but leaner face is better for girls. Be ok looking pretty normal in clothes (I got over this a long time ago):

Closer to 165-170 (74.8-77kg) PEDs here “perfect” physique but in a shirt doesn’t matter, at a pool yes it helps some even if face is somewhat bloated or not great but it’s overrated in general

I have a damn friend who won’t get shredded again because the numbers are “too low” and he doesn’t want to “lose” progress that he “worked so hard for.” He is not smart enough to realize that this implies he’s mentally attached to having more fat and water retention than needed. Guys are silly

Don’t worry about size in clothes. This old pneumo thread (“25 rules for slayers or sm”) said that it’s mainly women that “need” muscles. Well if you are like me you are into girls, not women. (Women = euphemism for 10+ years post their real prime in this cucked western civ)

but to get to true ideal leaness for face you need to inject to not feel like diabolical shit and have a functional dick, and have some good size.

I am sorta physique buddies with you: same height and similar leanness description or appearance at those given weights

Your face is ofc chiseled at 168 whereas I need lower 160s, ideally into the 150s, to really get this

Carbs are everything. Going from some binge activity no carbs 3+ days is an unreal face change every time. And your midsection looks way tighter and leaner too

Fruit isn’t safe. I used to wonder if it’s k bc filling liver glycogen not regular muscle glycogen (which based guys know means water face muscles and just as bad as subcutaneous water). However, another mechanism for water rejection is via insulin spike, which fruit is lower in glycemic yet higher than just animal based meat dairy eggs ofc. Haven’t ever done meat and fruit only to compare to water (or lack thereof) of basically no carb

The “after eating and drinking thing”. This is huge for me: way more chiseled fasted all day vs eating even if perfect and zero carb. Also, way more chiseled at NIGHT in general. I think part of why food can kill is using face muscles and getting them a pump like if you ever chewed mastic gum hard or a jaw trainer haha.
Getting leaner and totally debkoated, even after a mastic gum session face is less chiseled around gonians, but it adds an extra width too and doesn’t just look so subhuman and round during the pump anymore. I think this portends better eating bloat resistance developing in turn.

ALSO, vascular bodies in the face (related to last point too but more general). Vasoconstriction in face from fasting all day gives the tight and cold nice look and then vs when flushes in a binge or even Cialis or sm. Makes you way more bloated even if it’s a mm if volume due to blood, nuts

I think we sort of know the answers: being so lean and debloated that going between relative bloat and relative debloat is still super lean in either case

It’s not correlated to looks level and I used to think that girls have way leaner faces at any bf or are immune to bloat but they aren’t. 2 Stacy examples for you:

1) Meghan Roche, who’s body is always lean yet has bloated pics when not fully locked in (and despite top tier bone structure so rly I think it isn’t a shield against bloat)

Too many factors involved tbh to say post ur goal.

My goal is the physique in my profifle (1997 shawn michaels) and im at that now after being down to trt for years. That leaves me at 96kg at 5ft11 but I also have big joints/heavier thn average naturally (my mum is the same heavy even when skinny). Thats a gd athletic weight for me.

Post ur goal. Ur shorter + will be naturally lighter since u dont have the extra glycogen from trt. I think u should be near 80kg at that height.
 
Whatever weight makes you look good is the weight you should be at. Dont look at a weight on a scale and get obsessed with numbers. Just push the weight grow some muscle and cut down till it looks good. Done. Simple. Leaner isnt always better for some individuals either. Some people need fat in their face to look ok. Some dont.

165-180 lbs LEAN

If you're below that weight range, you're not anywhere near gymmaxed. Natty bodybuilders step on stage shredded (well below just "lean") in the 160s-170s at 5'9. Add carbs, and full muscle glycogen, and their weight shoots above that range while still at low bodyfat.

Completely agree that women choose lean face>muscles all day. But you can absolutely be jacked, look like you lift in clothes, command respect/have physical presence (important for your own self confidence, respect from other males in the workplace/making $, self defense/combat) with a lean face/lowish bodyfat.

180 lbs lean may not be possible for a lot of people due to genetics, and most of the time, discipline/drive, but it's absolutely not impossible to attain naturally
 
im like 5'8 around 118 lbs but i didn't look that much different muscle mass wise at 130 but i start getting emasciated after that point more because the calorie maintenance is like brutal deadass eating ingredients
