What's the issue?

One side of my face got more fats like one side of my face got more fats in the cheeks/ under eyes the other side is hollowed and I got a more of a dark circles in that side , is this one of a misslinged sphenoid bone causes? Or what's the cause

it can be caused by an array of things. Fat pads swollen due to sleeping position, sphenoid like you said, and also can be caused by lack of sleep aswell
