what's the limit for how fast I can lose FAT

Im 5,10 140lbs 18 percent bodyfat

When you bulk past a 300 calorie surplus, the body doesn't produce much more muscle and anything else turns into fat

now, what is that point for a cut, how argessive can you go without muscleloss as I have zero muscle and cannot afford to lose any

what point of a cut is there dimished returns, so no FATLOSS but mostly muscleloss once u go below a certain threshold

my maintence is 2300
 
Its extremely hard to actually lose muscle unless ur in a deficit for 6+ months

Its mostly glycogen storage

1000 deficit to 15% and 500 deficit to 10-12%.

.5%-1% of bodyweight a week. So normally 1-2 pounds of fat a week.
