I havent slept in 50 hours now, just too much work to do and procrastinating

didnt know you can get brain damage tbhskipped 2 nights of sleep then went to sleep on the 3rd night

I think I will use this opportunity to go to bed extra early and wake up extra early too and establish some sleep hygiene and do this every dayAlmost 3 days like 50+ hours when I was struggling in academia
Sometimes my insomnia gets bad but I remember it won't kill me. There are meds for short term too
Yes but keep in mind waking up early is more important as you cant really force yourself to sleep early. i felt derealized and i found it hard to speak, i also felt lightheaded as fuck. But looking back it was kinda fun. I probably wouldn’t/shouldn’t do it again though.How was the experience
