+ I KEPT MY GAINS and made even more gains in the gym10 raw egg whites and 1 small to medium sized home cooked steak for an entire day. Doing this currently and I measure with how many ribs I can see now and it has worked
i admire you broZero cals for ~48ish hours. I can do it a few times a month to burn off an extra ~4000kcal or one pound (half a kilo) per fast.
Feels too bad trying to push for 72+ so I never do it. You start thinking about food constantly at this point and it isn't comfortable.
During normal cuts I just go 400-500kcal under maintenance so around 1500kcal a day, or 1800kcal on lifting days with ~200g protein.

fuuuuuuuck its always the same story, i did 1200 too and gained all back in just 3 weeksI did 1200-1500 and went from 180-130 at 6’1 jfl. I gained it all back and now I’m doing 800-1200

I did not have any muscle at that time... it was the beginning cut. And I went full autistic.Probably shouldve done 800 to 1000 calories instead to get enough protein to not lose as much muscle
Nope, even a 48h fast (as long as you eat normally the other 3-5 days of the week) is considered a form of intermittent fasting, which has been proven in peer reviewed studies (with various control groups trying to lose weight under the supervision of doctors) to be neither catabolic or anabolic, but preserve current muscle mass.Won't 48hr fast make u catabolic ??
