What's the lowest guage I can use?

23 gauge gets the job done a bit more quickly, tbh I wouldn’t go lower than tbat

21 to draw, 23 to pin was always the general rule I read

When I did use steroid I always preferred to pin with a 25

Using a 21 to pin just looks like it would be painful
