Cww rotation is part of the double jaw, doesn't make the surgery much riskier than one without it.

I don't know about Side Wing much, it's pretty niche surgery.

Chin Wing is genioplasty on steroids, so it's riskier than genioplasty but less risky than those surgeries which fuck with your bite (before BSSO)
