I wanna do everything 2x a week NO LEGS FUCKKK LEGS I can work out 5 times a week
 
no 2x everything is too much and I don’t think I can do it in the time frame

either upper upper, or push pull push pull.
push:
3-8x12 bench
3x12-15 lateral raises
3x8-12 shoulder press
3x12-15 tricep pulldown/overhead press

pull:
3x8-12 pull ups bw or weighted
3x8-12 bent over rows
3x8-12 curls
3x12-15 rear delt flies

Upper EOD 3,5 times a week or Push Pull Rest 5 times a week
