I know this is a grey ass question but Im not sure if I'm doing things wrong or if my fat distribution is just shot.
I do intense cardio 5-6 days a week, i'm a track and cross country runner, and I don't eat too much sugar. I'm considering K-shamis D-bloat, but that seems temporary and only for morning bloat, not general face fat carrying. Im lean, I would say under 20%, probably 16-18%.
Is this just a diet issue and I should dial back my sodium even more than I already do? Welcome to any roids that would help, just would need the websites.
