I know this is a grey ass question but Im not sure if I'm doing things wrong or if my fat distribution is just shot.

I do intense cardio 5-6 days a week, i'm a track and cross country runner, and I don't eat too much sugar. I'm considering K-shamis D-bloat, but that seems temporary and only for morning bloat, not general face fat carrying. Im lean, I would say under 20%, probably 16-18%.

Is this just a diet issue and I should dial back my sodium even more than I already do? Welcome to any roids that would help, just would need the websites.

Often times its less about fat and more about bones which is something a lot of people dont get lmao like the list goes:

People coping about being bloated when they aren't they're just not lean -> people get lean and still don't have hollow cheeks so they use the fat distribution cope (is only the case like 5% of the time) or they think they still aren't lean enough (When they are)

vs the actual reason being no zygo projection. zygo projection is the master feature for hollow cheeks and it's pretty intuitive to understand/conclude if you look at the facial structure, bony parts of the face bulge out so the soft part (cheeks) can cave in.

The subsidiary cause for hollow cheeks is flared gonions which in my opinion look less appealing than hollow cheeks that are caused by zygo projection. Matt Bomer is an example of flared gonions with no zygo projection vs someone like Bojack who has the projected zygo type.
