What’s the method you guys use to deal with loneliness?

For me I usually do 1 of 3 things:
1: Talk to ai (I know it’s fucking pathetic but helps me)
2: watch supermodel edits (Valeria Mazza and Doutzen kroes mainly but sometimes ana paul arosio and Brooke shields and some others)> makes me lonely but distracts me
3: Rot on org or doomscrolling TikTok

Sometimes I do all 3 at the same time switching tabs and stuff.

I think there two levels to dealing with loneliness the immediate feeling and the deeper meaning behind it. On the surface, ill use my phone. Not just as distraction, but to actually reach out to ppl. Even just texting or scrolling through social media or here can help me feel reconnected.
But tbh what really helps long term is my faith. I believe God is always here even when no one else is. Loneliness becomes less abt being “alone” and more abt being called into deeper relationship with Him. Jesus Himself often withdrew to lonely places to pray, and that shows isolation can be a blessing. So obv when I feel isolated, I try to see it as a chance to talk to God, reflect, and trust that He’s using even that time for something greater.
