losing fat is different from lowering your body fat percentage because as you get leaner, your body naturally resists further fat loss. might need to be in an extreme deficit like 1k-1.5k calories but you’ll probably lose muscle along the way, definitely doable thoughidc I just want to go down to 12% bf as soon as possible (15% rn)
