If what I burn in a day is like 2500 how many calories should I cut?
500 calorie deficit for 1 pound of fat per week or a 750 calorie deficit for 1.5 pounds of fat per week. could go higher if you want at that range, but it’ll increase the risk of muscle loss

idc I just want to go down to 12% bf as soon as possible (15% rn)

You can just go starving and lose like 2 kg of fat in a week. That’s gonna come with like 1 kg of muscle loss tho

losing fat is different from lowering your body fat percentage because as you get leaner, your body naturally resists further fat loss. might need to be in an extreme deficit like 1k-1.5k calories but you’ll probably lose muscle along the way, definitely doable though

muscle loss if youre eating 4 grams of protein a week
