I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately and wanted to get some opinions. When it comes to guys, muscle is obviously a big factor in attractiveness, but there’s a fine line. Too little, and it can look weak or unhealthy. Too much, and it can look unnatural or intimidating.
I’m curious about what most people find ideal. Is it more about a lean, athletic build with visible definition, or a bigger, bulkier look? How much do you think plays into overall attractiveness versus just strength? And do things like proportion, symmetry, and how the muscle fits the person’s frame matter more than sheer size?
Basically, what’s the sweet spot that makes a guy look fit, strong, and attractive without overdoing it? Would love to hear thoughts from different perspectives.
