I asked 50 girls on Snapchat and Instagram (ages 16–30) what muscle they find most attractive on a guy. I didn’t give them options at first, just let them answer naturally.
22 out of 50 said shoulders or back. Most of them said things like “broad shoulders,” “wide back,” or “when a guy looks big from behind.” A lot mentioned it makes a guy look strong even with clothes on.
14 out of 50 said arms, mainly biceps and forearms. These girls said it’s what they notice first, especially in short sleeves, and that arms make a guy look strong.
8 out of 50 said chest. Most of them said it looks good when it fills out a shirt.
6 out of 50 said abs or stomach and they liked a nice tone man.
What I noticed is that muscles that make a guy look bigger overall mattered more than specific muscles. Broadness and shape came up way more than definition.
Another big thing I noticed: a lot of girls didn’t even name one muscle, they described a frame. They cared more about a guy having a wide upper body, good proportions, and a solid build (like a “V-taper”) than having one super-defined muscle.
Conclusion: Girls seem to care more about a guy’s overall frame and shape than about one single muscle.
