Back in 2024 i starvemaxxed and ate only 800-850 calories a day with 80-90g of protein every day and 20-30g of fiber, I lost 40-60 pounds in 2 or 3 months but i don’t reccomend it because i lost lots of muscle and i was always lightheaded with iron deficiency, Also it ruined my metabolism even more and i gained all the weight back infact even more weight a few months after my prime

Forgot to mention: Best way to lose weight the healthy way is just exercise and eat healthy i know that’s the stereotypical answer but there’s really no other good way, if your lazy and always stay home get yourself a treadmill at home and just do shit tons of cardio and eat normal

No i legit did 0 workouts or even cardio i just bedrotted and starvemaxxed and somehow got mad skinny and reached prime, My mom even made me see dietitians and shit at the time and they would crashout at me lmao
