Those lines are the sharp contours of the orbiculus orius muscle at low body fat and where the sides of the muscle aren't facing the hard light source (phone flash). Like how lighting is calculated shading polygons in computer graphics, the sides of the muscle are almost orthoganal to the light source and the cosine of such is close to zero. For this to be, your maxilla must be forward grown, so the muscles are partially wrapped around.
